About Google Assistant
Google Assistant initially debuted in May 2016 as part of Google's messaging app Allo, and its voice-activated speaker Google Home.
Google Assistant is Google’s virtual helper that allows you to get stuff done faster. Instead of performing tasks manually by taping your finger on the screen a gazillion times, you can get the job done by using voice commands.
The assistant is available in more than 90 countries and in over 30 languages, and is used by more than 500 million users monthly.
The users are able to use the Assistant to search the Internet, schedule events and alarms, adjust hardware settings on their device, and show information from their Google account. Some additional features are that it can identify objects and gather visual information through the device's camera, and support purchasing products and sending money, as well as identifying songs.
For additional information, visit their official webpage and you can also download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
